With my wife, Debbie, early on in the neck cancer tumour regrowth stage Early recurrence of the neck cancer tumour - with friends
With Debbie, my wife, early on in the neck tumour regrowth stage. Only just beginning to show. Looking cool. With friends, Alistair (left) and Harold (right) early on in the recurrence of the neck cancer tumour (a few weeks after the first tumour was removed). Here you can see that it’s still pretty small. Taken 25/9/2007
Taking strain in Sedgefield as the neck cancer grows and inhibits Cancer growth in the neck, early Dec 2007
On a camping trip to Sedgefield to see Tenzing Palmo (”Cave In The Snow”). I can feel the cancer growing. It’s tender, painful and makes me feel extremely weak during this trip. I’m battling to turn my head. It’s grown a tad more than the previous photo and I’m starting to use a plaster to disguise it from view. Starting to get embarassing when people stare. This is around Oct 2007. The cancer tumour has increased substantially. I always wear a plaster now when I go outside to avoid strange looks (which I get anyway, trust me!). This is around the end of Nov 2007.
Neck cancer tumour - early Dec 2007 Cancer has grown a little more - Mid Dec 2007
Taken at the same time as the picture above right. Quite some impressive growth, what? And it’s grown a bit more. Taken mid Dec 2007
Mid Dec 2007 - cancer weight loss Showing the plaster that I wear when going out to cover the tumour. Quite some cancer growth
Taken same day as above right. You can see that I don’t weigh much these days! I’ve lost 3 inches around the waist. My trousers fall off me if not cinched seriously tight. My legs are the size of toothpicks but they still hold my butt of the floor. I normally wear a plaster like this to avoid even more staring. A serious lump. Around the 20th Dec 2007.

Neck cancer tumour opens for the 1st time on day 23 of the grape diet
5th Jan 2008
Day 23 of the Grape Diet
and the tumour opens and bleeds for the first time!
This pic taken after dabbing the blood as it’s flowing continually.
I’m sure this is good news as it gives the body an opening through
which it can get rid of the affected cells and accumulated debris.
