I think a tumor of that size needs to be removed surgically. Personally I have not been diagnosed with cancer, but I had persistent dull pain in my long arm bone for about 1.5 years and finally I started taking CoQ10 supplement 400mg a day and after about a month the pain was almost gone. It's the only supplement I know of that actually reduced my symptoms, hope it works for u too. Good luck! Hi Hilton,
